Will it work with my phone?
Yes. Most phones read the card with a tap (NFC). If a phone can't, it can scan the QR code on the back of your card instead — so every phone with a camera works.
How do I pay?
Nothing is charged when you order. We confirm the details with you first, then you pay cash on delivery, via GCash, or in cash when we meet up.
Is there a monthly fee?
No — you pay once for the card, and it keeps working. Every card includes 1 year of Pro: every card style, unlimited portfolio projects, and a day-by-day chart of your taps. After that your card stays on Basic, free forever: your profile, links, testimonials, the Classic style, 3 portfolio projects, and editing any time. Want to keep Pro? It's ₱499 a year or ₱59 a month — only if you choose to. We'll email you before your Pro ends, and nothing renews automatically.
What if my card stops working?
Every card is covered by our replacement guarantee. Message us and we'll sort out a replacement.
Can I order for my whole team?
Yes — the more cards you order, the more you save: 5+ cards save 10%, and 10+ cards save 15%. Each person gets their own profile.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Tapping a Konek+ card opens your profile straight in the phone's browser — nothing to download, on iPhone or Android.
What if I have more than one Konek+ card?
Every card you own links back to the same profile. Edit it once from your dashboard and the change shows up no matter which card gets tapped.
Can I change my info after the card is already out in the world?
Yes — sign in to your dashboard any time to update your name, photo, contact details, or socials.
Who can see my public profile?
Anyone who taps or scans your card — that's the point. You choose exactly what goes on it: name, contact info, and socials, nothing more.
What happens if a card is lost?
Switch it off from your dashboard in one tap — it stops sharing your info immediately, and you can switch it back on if it turns up.
